Spottswoode 2014 Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
This phenomenal 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon could be yours tonight and is nearing it's optimal drinking age!
Robert Parker rated this wine 98+ points.
Wine Enthusiast Tasting Notes: Nuanced, with 10% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, this is a
quietly powerful wine, smooth and structured and immediate in its
beauty, yet possessed of legs to cellar for 20-plus years. Crushed
flowers and rocks open on the nose, providing a clutch of minerality, as
grippy tannins support red currant, plum and a freshness of persistent
acidity. Try to wait on this one. Best 2024–2034.
Established in 1882, Spottswoode Estate is distinguished by the pre-Prohibition Victorian home depicted on their wine label. Spottswoode was christened by Mrs. Albert Spotts in 1910 and later acquired by Mary and Jack Novak in 1972. Mary released Spottswoode’s first Cabernet Sauvignon in 1982, exactly one hundred years after the estate’s founding. Since then, she's played an enormous part in building Napa Valley's reputation for wine.

Quilceda Creek 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (96 Points)
Tasting Notes: "This is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, with fruit coming from Horse Heaven Hills sites Champoux, Lake Wallula, Palengat, and Wallula. It's aromatically brooding out of the gate, with notes of cherry meats, barrel spice and incense, not yet ready to reveal its charms. Dense, focused, layered, almost creamy-feeling fruit flavors follow. It is coiled up tightly right now but has all of the stuffing to go the distance and then some. Best from 2030–2037."

Leonetti 2020 Merlot
Hailing from Seven Hills, Loess, Leonetti Old Block and Mill Creek
Upland vineyards, the Leonetti 2020 Merlot is a standout offering of this variety. Its
anise, dark fruit, mocha, spice, flower, earth and green pepper aromas
lead to focused fruit flavors, with a firm spine of tannin, bright

longevity. Best 2021–2026
Tasting Notes: Intensely deep color. The aromatics are rich and sweet with notes of pomegranate, plum, raspberry, baking spices, vanilla, bay leaf, and a hint of plumeria. Broad and elegant on the palate with cherry chocolate character, a silky-smooth mouthfeel, and a plush, lengthy finish.
